The service

Hushscript transcribes audio and video you provide into speaker-labeled text you can edit and export. Audio is extracted in your browser before upload; uploaded audio is deleted once your transcript is produced.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits, payment and refunds

Transcription is paid with prepaid minute packs purchased through Stripe. New accounts receive a limited free allowance. Minutes remain valid until six (6) months of account inactivity, after which they expire. A job that fails is not charged — the held minutes are refunded automatically. Except as required by law, purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You must hold the rights to any recording you upload and must not use the service unlawfully or to process content you are not permitted to process.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the courts of those jurisdictions as applicable.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
